Synchro Matcha Latte | A Morning Superfood For The Brain

One of our favorite ways to start the day. Perfect, delicious brain fuel, served up in less than 5 minutes. Serve it steaming hot to warm yourself up, and feel free to go back for seconds!

Keto Matcha Latte

Serves: 1 // Serving Size: 1 cup // Prep time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS

4 oz Almond Milk

6 oz Boiling Water

2 tsp (3g) Matcha

2 scoops (10g) Ketobasis

1 Tbsp (13g) Grass-Fed Ghee

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Add contents to a jar or blender. Shake/blend until frothy.

2. Enjoy!

 

That’s 23g/207cal of clean, easily utilized fats that keep energy levels up and the brain sharp (and it’s considerably yummier than any cafe-bought matcha latte we’ve ever had).
